In the spring of 2016, my children’s picture book, “Jump Ship Jonah”, was released.
This was definitely a family project as my daughter-in-law, Rachel, created the beautiful illustrations, my daughter, Hannah, provided the book’s title, my son, Caleb, offered terrific editorial suggestions, my son-in-law, Christopher, assisted with all things digital and my wonderful wife, Katha, cheered us all along the way!
The book tells the story of the colorful Bible character, Jonah, and his struggle with obedience. The writing style is a sort of “Dr. Seuss meets the Bible”…Biblical truth told in fun rhyme time. You can find more info about the book http://www.rhymetimebiblestories.com .
I will be doing BOOK SIGNING EVENTS at our local Barnes & Noble Bookstore, Town Center, in Virginia Beach. If you are in the area, I would love to see you at the store during the signings on Sunday, November 12, 1:00 – 3:00 pm or Saturday, November 18, Noon – 2:00 pm.
